Guest Blogger Agreement

Resourceful Designer welcomes posts related to running a home-based graphic design business. As the site administrator, I have final approval on all content published on Resourceful Designer. I welcome posts that cover tips, resources and advice for home-based graphic designers. If you would like to guest post, please submit your idea by email to feedback@resourcefuldesigner.com, all relevant topics will be considered.

By submitting an article for consideration you consent to exclusive publication by Resourceful Designer and consent to the following simple rules.

All Guest Posts must comply with the following criteria:

1. 1. Guest Posts must be original works that have not been previously published on any website, forum, chat or social media site.
   2. Content must be your own work. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is not permitted.
   3. When quoting others, please cite the source.
   4. Once the post has been submitted to Resourceful Designer, you may not publish it anywhere else online, in part or in whole, including your own website.
   5. You may promote your Guest Post on your own website or social media via a link to the article on Resourceful Designer.
   6. The Guest Post author may submit a short bio if one is to be included. The Author may provide a photo but it is not guaranteed to be included. Resourceful Designer will not create a bio for the Guest Post author if none is provided.
   7. Resourceful Designer reserves the right to change/add affiliate links where appropriate.
   8. The Guest Post author shall not be entitled to any compensation for writing the post or for any revenue generated from affiliate links if included.
   9. Guest Posts shall include images/videos under the following circumstances:
      • Any and all images/videos submitted for use by the Guest post author are subject to inclusion at the sole discretion of Resourceful Designer.
      • The Guest Post author may supply images for use on the blog if they are the copyright/license holder of the image/video and can provide evidence of such. In the event this evidence cannot be provided, no images/video provided by the Guest Post author shall be used.
   10. Guest Post author will receive the writing credit as the author of their post, including one (1) link to the author’s website. If the author does not have a website, one (1) link will be provided to their social medial platform of choice. If the writer has no profile for linking, only the name will be provided.
   11. Resourceful Designer will promote the Guest Post on a variety of social media networks, but does not guarantee any particular site or reach.
   12. Resourceful Designer does not permit links to the author’s website within the post unless it is directly related and relevant to the topic.
   13. Links to third-party sites shall be approved by Resourceful Designer and must be relevant to the topic.
   14. All Guest Posts will be reviewed and approved by Resourceful Designer prior to posting.
   15. Resourceful Designer reserves the right to edit posts where necessary to ensure the post is consistent with the values of Resourceful Designer.
   16. Resourceful Designer reserves the right to refuse publication or remove the guest post without prior notice to the guest author.
   17. By providing a Guest Post to Resourceful Designer, you agree you are not becoming part of the website nor shall you hold yourself out to be a member of the Resourceful Designer website.
   18. Resourceful Designer reserves the right to refuse publication of any post that appears to have been submitted for the purpose of advertising a business or service.

By submitting this form, you agree that you have read this Guest Blogger Agreement and agree to be bound by it.
